General Matters

1. What kind of service do you offer?: We turn your hand-drawn or customer supplied originals into print ready artwork. We offer both sign layout setups and logo vector recreations.
2. Who are you?: We are a Sign A Rama, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
3. What are your normal business hours?: Our regular business week is Monday to Friday, 830am to 5pm central standard time.
4. How much time does it take?: We take around 3 business hours to deliver your proof after all details have been confirmed. After final artwork approval we will have the final files to you within 2 additional business hours. Note that there is one proof included with each order. Additional revisions are able to be ordered for an extra fee.
5. How much does it cost?: One sign setup is $18, which includes one proof. One vector logo recreation is also $16. Artwork revisions beyond the included proof cost $7 each.

7. What kind of assets and information do you need to start working?: The more source/original files, the better. It's very important to share all requirement details and please make sure to send any special font that is being used on design. Rough sketches help, too.

1. What file format can you work with?: FlexiExpert Version 8, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw.
2. How many proofs do we get?: One proof per order is included. Additional revisions can be ordered here.
3. What kind of files will I receive?: The proof will be sent as a PDF. The final files will be saved according to your order request.

1. How can I pay for your service?: We accept Google Checkout payments, which includes payment by credit or debit card as well. We do not bill or invoice artwork orders.
